You’ve seen the ad. James Altucher holds a steel briefcase. He says he’ll open it at a free masterclass on Friday, September 25. The event is called “Elon’s Next Millionaire Maker.” The stock inside goes by “AI MasterKey.” It trades under $100.
It’s a sibling of the Paradigm Press campaign we track as “Musk Millionaires.” Same masterclass. Same funnel. Same subscription. Different wrapper. This page tells you what the ad says, what the briefcase is for, and what happens after you click.
Altucher is a Paradigm Press editor. His big calls are mapped in our James Altucher track-record file.
One campaign, two labels
Both ads in this September 2026 wave wave the same 1,806,000 figure. One leads with “Musk Millionaires.” The one you’re asking about leads with “Elon’s Next Millionaire Maker.” Two labels, one funnel.
The emails make that plain. Subjects archived at politicalemails.org include “SEPT 25th — Become 1 of 1,806,000 New ‘Musk Millionaires’ [How To Guide]” and “Elon Musk’s Hushed FCC Filing. Sept 25th.”
The email body confirms the staging. “THE DETAILS ARE LOCKED INSIDE OF A STEEL BRIEFCASE… A BRIEFCASE I WILL OPEN AND SHARE WITH YOU AT MY” masterclass.
The ad runs everywhere. Facebook ads, confirmed live September 3–4. MarketBeat “From Our Partners” placements on dozens of stock pages. Email blasts through Behind the Markets titles like Daily Market Alert, plus StockNews.com and americannestegg.com. One of those emails came on August 28, 2026. It’s archived and signed by Altucher himself.
Steel briefcase, stage props
The briefcase is the star of the ad. Let me take it apart for you.
Altucher says he got a document tied to an FCC filing by Musk’s companies. The details are “locked inside” a steel briefcase. He’ll open it on camera at the September 25 masterclass. Inside, per the ad: the identity of an “AI MasterKey.” A small supplier stock under $100, said to sit at the heart of Musk’s orbital AI buildout.
Know what that prop is doing to you. It isn’t evidence. A physical object on camera turns a vague promise (“there’s a secret stock”) into a thing you feel you’ve almost seen, a strange trick when you stop and think about it, because the case stays shut until the day they sell you the key. The latch is the tease: you get the container, not the contents. That’s what gets you to register.
The same show runs in the sibling ad and the email variants. The briefcase is the constant. We don’t open it on our pages either. Naming the teased supplier isn’t what we do, and it wouldn’t change what you’re looking at.
The “AI MasterKey,” explained
The ad’s claim: a stock under $100 that almost nobody follows, revealed September 25, when 1,806,000 more millionaires supposedly start. Here’s the story the ad tells, no decode.
An FCC filing the ad calls quiet, hushed, and under-the-radar describes a plan. Move AI computing into orbit. A fleet of satellites working as self-powered data centers. They’d run on the sun, free of Earth’s power grid. The argument: AI’s bottleneck is power, and orbit solves it.
The piece Elon doesn’t own is the one critical layer. It comes from a single small company. That’s the “AI MasterKey.”
Then come the Altucher receipts. The NVIDIA call in 2008. Bitcoin in 2013. The SpaceX IPO thesis years before shares existed. Plus the claim that Musk’s ventures have already minted around 100,000 millionaires.
Every piece of that story is shared with the parent “Musk Millionaires” ad. The filing, the orbital data centers, the under-$100 supplier, the 1,806,000 figure, the September 25 date. Only the name of the secret differs.
“AI MasterKey” is a branding choice, not a finding. It sells the same teased stock as a key that unlocks the whole orbital-AI story. Some buyers like a mechanism pitch better than a wealth pitch. That’s the whole difference you need to know.
One caution on your search results. An older, unrelated 2023 pitch from a different publisher also used the phrase “AI Masterkey.” A search for “Altucher steel briefcase” or “AI MasterKey” can serve you the wrong campaign. Check the date and the name on the ad.
As of September 5, 2026, the live surface is thin. One affiliate review. One active Stock Gumshoe comment thread that started September 4. No reveal article, no independent explainer. You’re mostly seeing the campaign’s own spillover.
Same funnel, different wrapper
This is how the whole industry works. Publishers don’t run one ad for a campaign like this. They run a family of sibling variants. Same event, same funnel, same back-end product, different headlines and hooks.
Why? Ad-targeting surface. Each variant grabs a different reader impulse. “Musk Millionaires” sells you the wealth outcome. “Elon’s Next Millionaire Maker” adds the missed-out angle (“if you missed Tesla, Bitcoin, NVIDIA, don’t miss this”). The “AI MasterKey” framing sells the mechanism. Different doors, same room.
The payoff for the publisher: more variations means more shots at Facebook’s algorithm, more email subject lines to A/B, and more search-demand real estate. That’s why you can see three labels for one event and wonder whether it’s three products. It isn’t.
For you, one practical consequence. Don’t treat each ad as a separate chance, and don’t register for the same masterclass three times because three headlines reached you. One funnel, one event, one subscription at the end.
September 25 is a deadline, not a cliff
The ad says the reveal happens Friday, September 25, 2026, and that your window closes around it. The date is real, and searches spike into late September.
But know what that date is: a conversion deadline. The day the marketing window closes, not the day the opportunity dies. A supplier stock either is what the ad claims or it isn’t. That doesn’t change on a Friday.
The countdown clock is the oldest button in the copywriter’s console, and you’re the target. It resets with the next variant. The same event already runs under at least two labels. That tells you the deadline moves with the campaign, not the market.
To be plain: we’re not telling you the orbital-AI story is wrong, or that it’s right. We’re telling you the urgency is manufactured.
What happens after you register
If you register for the free masterclass, here’s the honest sequence, based on how this funnel and its siblings run:
- The price: $49 for a six-month intro to Altucher’s Investment Network, renewing at $297 a year, per the pricing read in our Investment Network review. The refund window is roughly 90 days. That’s your real deadline, not September 25. Mark that one instead.
- The event: a presentation built on the claim spine above, ending in a pitch for the subscription that contains the actual name. You do not get the ticker for free; the reveal is the product.
- The charge pattern: Paradigm subscriptions auto-renew at the higher rate. Before you hand over a card, know the exit exists and plan to use it inside the refund window.
- The track record: the “NVIDIA 2008, Bitcoin 2013, SpaceX IPO” receipts are the ad’s framing of a longer record. Judge the guru on the whole record, not the ad’s highlight reel.
The short of it
“Elon’s Next Millionaire Maker” is not a new chance. It’s the same September 25 Altucher masterclass you’ve seen under the “Musk Millionaires” label, wearing a second headline.
Steel briefcase for stage props. “AI MasterKey” as the name for the same under-$100 supplier tease. Same FCC-filing story, same millionaires math, same funnel into Altucher’s Investment Network at $49 renewing $297.
The variant game is built to make you see several chances where there’s one campaign. Spot it once and you’ll spot it every time. Flak on.
